proclaim license not working

I am trying to use my proclaim software for church. It keeps saying that my free trial has expired. I purchased the monthly plan and when I log into faithlife, it shows my order number, all of my info and says that my account is active, yet, I cant use the program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and I need this to work. I have church in less than 4 hours. Any advice on how to fix this?!?!?!?!?!?!

Please use Windows File Explorer to navigate to C:\Users\cassi\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Data\idp3jvat.zke\

In this directory you will see a folder named LicenseManager. Please right click on it and rename it to LicenseManagerOld, then restart Proclaim.
