Double Deep and Double Wide - Same Book Twice, Different Prices

The more expensive one is the expanded edition, but the only way to tell is squinting at the covers or the prices. There is no distinction in the product page and no link from the original to the expanded version. This is probably an oversight which should be fixed.

Two errors here:

• The old volume needs to be retired.
• The new volume needs to add edition info so that users of first edition know that a new version is for sale.
