Cannot Uninstall Proclaim

My name is Bob and I am part of the group at Rossville Christian Church using Proclaim (I do the announcements).  Problem is, I cannot use my tablet for this anymore as Proclaim takes up too much space and it is too difficult to use - works better on my laptop.  I am missing a component called "Proclaim x86.msi" and need it to go through with the uninstall.  I cannot download Proclaim again as I have no more room.  Any help will be greatly appreciated - my email is rewright@yahoo.com.  Many Thanks!
