Can't upload sermon audio

I'm finally getting to upload the sermon audio from Easter Sunday to soundfaith. I've tried three times, and it seems to get stuck at "Processing audio". This last time, I noted the time that I started the upload. It has been more than 10 minutes. The preliminary steps seem to happen very quickly, however the stall here is making me wonder what the problem is.
Any thoughts on how I can get the audio to upload?

I figured that I would move on to the sermon from Easter 2 (April 3) since I couldn't get Easter's sermon to upload. I filled in the appropriate fields and changed the cover picture for the sermon. Now the upload is stuck on "Processing cover photo" step.
Has soundfaith decided that my sermons are not worth uploading? [;)]

When this happens on my Mac it seems to always be due to a lack of hard drive space.

Thanks Michael. I have 178 GB free of 279 GB on my Windows 10 machine, so I'm hoping that's not the case. I see another thread that might be a similar case to mine https://community.logos.com/forums/t/124857.aspx
Hopefully we can find a solution soon.

Colin, could you please post your logs so we can investigate the cause?

I am having the same issue. We have even tried multiple computers, but we get the same message.

I don't know what changed from yesterday to today. I've managed to upload both sermons to soundfaith this afternoon.

Keep in mind these audio files are generally quite large (they're full fidelity .wav files) so they may take awhile to download. On slower connections, a timeout can occur and cause the upload to fail. Waiting for a stronger connection to re-upload can oftentimes solve this problem.
Edit: the files are compressed before they're uploaded to our servers. A 30+ minute compressed audio file can still have the same timeout issue.
