Importing 4:3 motion videos come in 16:9???

I have some motion background videos (wmv) that are 4:3 ration (640x480) BUT when I import them into Proclaim they come in with a 16:9 ratio, which I really don't want. Am I doing something wrong? . When I import regular images they come in fine, but not the videos.

David, we don't change the aspect ratio of videos that you import. Could you direct me to a file that you've uploaded to Proclaim as a motion background in the Media Browser? If we could look at the same file prior to you uploading it (via a Dropbox or Google Drive link), it will help us see if this is a bug with Proclaim.

All of these when I use them in proclaim in a 4:3 setup work, but they have a black band at top and bottom as if they were 16:9.

Two of my example files are not good examples, but "HardCross..." and "SmoothFlowing..." are good examples. Sorry!

I JUST LEARNED SOMETHING. If I import the file (hardcross... for example) seperately, it comes in as a 4:3, BUT if it imported in with other files that are 16:9, they come in as 16:9. Hope that helps.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue using the videos you provided; they're always imported in the correct aspect ratio, even when added at the same time. I'll keep your report in mind in case we encounter it again.
