New Walvoord Books - Quality Issue
I know I shouldn't expect the same level of quality from Vyrso books as I do Logos books but two new books by John Walvoord shipped today (Every Prophecy about Jesus & End Times Prophecy). In your logos app, you can click on the top right corner (has 3 horizontal lines) to access the quick table of contents. Neither of these books have this option. When you click on that button, all it brings up is the 3 or 4 "charts" found in the book with no option for cover, contents or chapters. I've purchased many other Vyrso books and this option was always available but for these it is not. If you are on page 50, I'd have to either scrool to go somewhere else like the beginning or type in page 1 which seems odd to me. Can someone from the Vyrso/FL staff look at these and see if adding a content structure is possible?

I was startled to purchase and realize Spangler's "Names of God Bible," a $19 Bible from Vyrso (https://vyrso.com/product/51486/the-names-of-god-bible) doesn't even have chapter and verse tagging. That means no way to use it to use chapter or verse to open guides, link Bibles, find parallel resources- or even use a--what do you call it--"passage box?--to navigate to a location. There is a table of contents, thankfully. Well--it is Vyrso.
I think we have to expect that Vyrso book are "nothing-enhanced," and sometimes worse. Not much different than a PDF. However they are searchable, highlight-able, note-able, right-click-word-research-able, and WITHIN Logos, all of which add substantial value.
Maybe someday some of these may find their way into Logos at higher quality.

Yeah that is terrible. The sad part is if I bought this for kindle it would have a functional table if contents which I don't think is much to ask for. I hope it gets fixed but I won't get my hopes up

I had the same problem with "Called to Conquer" by Derek Prince. There was not a Table of Contents or nothing in the Sidebar.
I posted the problem here in the Vyrso Forum, and within the same day or the next day, they had it fixed. I had a Table of Contents in the Sidebar.

I hope that happens in this case... These seem like they would be good books but without a Table of Contents they are an absolute pain to use on mobile

Could someone from Vyrso get back to me on this?
Erin?

Perhaps it should be noted if you have "Every Prophecy of the Bible" (formerly titled "Prophecy Knowledge Handbook") these books are redundant.

The silence is still deafening from VYRSO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried sending an email directly to customer service?

Usually the forums get a response but it seems they don't check them anymore. I'll email them

That's not like Erin at all, but she has been inactive for a long time. I hope she's okay....

Yes Jan Krohn I can see that VYRSO has been neglected over the past weeks.
The slides are not moving as they should. Just about every day they would be updated. Now, I have to search to see what is on sale.
Maybe Erin Land is on vacation or sick.

Maybe she doesn't work for FL any more, she hasn't posted in the forums since March 14

Yep, I know what you mean. Actually I grew tired of searching for offers every day. The time used for that is much better spent actually reading.
I've set up a notification mailing that scrapes all offers of at least 90% discount from Vyrso. Maybe that'd be helpful for you too: http://heidoc.net/mailman/listinfo/vyrso-90_heidoc.net

How do you tag people in a forum post?
Any updates on this Vyrso staff?
Is this issue being looked at or ignored?

Hi everyone,
I'm still here at Faithlife, I apologize for being less attentive on the forums—my time is very stretched at the moment with Vyrso and a few other projects on my plate! Thanks for your patience!
On this issue in particular, the content production team is looking into this, but I don't have an estimate on timeline unfortunately. Thanks!

Praise the LORD ! Erin Land that you are still at Faithlife and VYRSO! So good to hear from you. Thanks for letting us know.

I have never done it until now, but you copy their name from their post. It requires two tabs to be open. Mattillo
EDIT: I realized that two tabs aren't necessary... but you would need to copy prior to responding. Or perhaps use the "quick reply" method (which I never use). I prefer to use quote blocks (as in this post above).

Just checking if there are any updates on this.
Also, Today I purchased Rose Publishing's book titled "The Tabernacle" from vyrso. I own numerous rose publishing books and every one I own always comes in two pieces. A graphic version and a eBook version with resizeable text. For some reason this book did not come with that but I'm guessing only the graphic version though it is hard to tell. Am I missing half of the book? Was it excluded by accident?

I'm not entirely family with Rose Publishing's books but I compared the vyrso edition of The Tabernacle with that found on as a Kindle book on amazon and they appear to both have the same content and structuring.

Thank you Kyle. It just seemed odd to me as every other Rose book I have bought from Vyrso always comes in two formats. The graphic first and then the ebook/text version after it.
