UserVoice: Enable Collections
Just added 3 votes to this one. We each have 10 votes to give. If you feel this capability is important, I hope you'll add a vote of two. I think it's basic and critical.
"I love that Vyrso has the same marking (like highlighting) capabilities as Logos. But it's a deal breaker that Vyrso for the iPad doesn't have the ability for the user to create and sort by his own categories or by tags. Please include this capability for those of us who have larger libraries."

While you can't create tags or collections you can filter by tags in your library
Also while the Vyrso app is a good "ereader" the Bible! app is better for mobile study - also available in the app store
Here you can use collections to constrain searches
EDIT: And, in general, posts about the mobile apps will get more visibility in https://community.logos.com/forums/74.aspx as opposed to this forum which is more focused on the books in the Vyrso store.

That's nice, but if I can't set tags in the app I'm not far ahead.

I do use that, but I wanted Vyrso because it keeps track of where I am in the book, even if I use it within Logos between readings. That's the main reason I'm using Vyrso, and why I have my wife using it too.

Thought I was being smart going to the specific app's forum. D'oh. Thanks, reposted over there.

actually although I general hate cross-posting, I think it was good to hit both the specific app and the more general mobile world.

You're likely right - I've always assumed it was for the app and the books ...

I try to discourage that. The mobile apps are nearly identical and are platform specific. If a user has an issue with the Vyrso mobile app, 9/10 times it would be best to post in the appropriate platform specific forum. This is true for any number of reasons including that an issue with the Vyrso app <likely> has the same issue for the other apps... but more importantly, the devs and testers won't see the post here. The main purpose for this forum, like Graham suggested, is for the VYrso store.
