Hi! We just changed our hard drive in our computer and upgraded to Windows 10. When we are in Proclaim it lags and when we are On Air the motion backgrounds just stop and freeze and the slides will freeze when we switch them to the point where I have to restart and try again and end up with the same result each time. I am not a "computer person" per se, so I could really use help here.
