1. The Miracles interactive is a Logos Now feature that is opened from the Command Box, the Library or indirectly from the Tool Menu. The data behind it is also visible in the right click Context Menu and is available for Label format searches. It's behavior parallels several similar Logos Now interactive resources.

The about feature provides documentation for the interactive.

This includes the definition of miracles used to determine inclusion:

[quote]

  • Can the supernatural event be attributed directly or indirectly to a supernatural agent?
  • Does the event function to reveal the power or identity of the supernatural agent?
  • Does the event have noticeable and, perhaps, alarming effect on the natural world?
  • Is there a human intermediary performing the the supernatural event?

It also defines the label attributes which are available for the Search:

2. The basic layout is the typical faceted filters on the left sidebar and on the right side a list of miracles with title, color coded miracle type(s), and Bible reference.

3. The individual miracles on the right hand side can be expanded to show the associated data (label attributed). Note that most of these entries are links to the Factbook.

4. The Bible reference associated with a miracle is also a live link which will open the associated Bible. Here I have shown also the associated Label that is placed on the Bible text.

5. The faceted filter has the normal behavior with the abiility to remove a single facet or all facets.  Available facets are:

Type
Agent
Patient
Book - note the absence of the deuterocanon
Beneficiary
Instrument
Things involved
Audience
Location
Theme
Tags

The facets' content by be sorted alphabetic or by count. The more >> at the bottom of some facet value list allows one to expand the list; there is no provision for contracting it.
