Trial: Hi, I am a Logos user under myke[dot]harbuck[at]gmail. I did the 30 day trial a while back, but never actually tried it out. Now our church would like to be able to give it a try. Can you reset my user name so I can have another 30 days (or is this even necessary??). 

Usernames: Also, do our worship leader and tech sign in with their own user names or do we all have to share my Logos account email? Curious as to how that aspect works? If we all sign in with our own credentials, how does proclaim authenticate them as authorized users under my Faithlife account? 

Pro-media subscription: Also, how much is the Logos pro media subscription, and are there ever specials/sales on that? Im kind of confused by this, as you guys offer free media some times. But if one has a pro media subscription, they would get all of these "Free" anyway, right?

Myke, I've added a month of on air license and Pro Media to your group. You can browse the Pro Media in the Media Browser.

You all sign in with your own credentials. Your licenses are all attached to your group, not your user accounts. In this case, your group "Michael Harbuck's Presentation Group" is licensed for a month of on air and Pro Media. Anyone you invite to your group will share all the same media and ability to edit presentations. You can find out more about the group structure from this article.

You're the administrator of your group, which gives you the privilege to invite or remove group members. For the specifics of what you can do as an admin, please refer here.

We produce Proclaim Pro Media in house, which is a monthly subscription. Your account has access to all of this media for the next month. The pricing structure is located here.

If you have Logos Media registered to your username, Proclaim will detect this and display your Logos Media in the Media Browser. You can find out all about it (and the integrations between Proclaim and Logos 6) here.

Correct, these are Pro Media samples. You will not have to download the free media items in order to have access to them in the Media Browser.
