Proclaim and Planning center not on the same page

importing songs from planning center and once they get into Proclaim they are not coming through in sequence as in PC. (just the lyrics all listed) no breaks or sequence

We do have the accounts linked, once they are changed in Proclaim they are OK for sequence BUT not if updated or changed.

Any suggestions?

Hi, Todd. This article outlines why your lyrics likely aren't importing correctly. Once you delete the version in "My Songs" you should be able to re-import from PCO and it will preserve the lyrics sequence.

That worked...Is there a way to disable the auto save in "My Songs" or to auto refresh for changes between the 2 ? We do a lot of mash-ups and most songs will change each time we run through them

No problem! We're considering making this into an option on import -- something like "Replace 'My Songs' version?" since this is a common point of confusion.
