Video lag after last 'patch/update'

Hi. Have just noticed that our video songs (and videos generally) are now tending to lag and stutter slightly. Our worship videos we make from MS Publisher slides turned to .jpg images and then set to background mp3 songs via MS Movie Maker and saved as .mp4.  It seems to have occurred after the last major update in Proclaim. Is there something we can do about this, or do we need to look for another product.

If you try some of the free videos that come with proclaim (e.g. Bible Screen videos) do they lag as well? We haven't made any changes to the video player in a long time... Worth checking if there are any Windows Updates available on your system.

I would like to help you find a resolution to this issue. I can get you an older version of the application to test with as well, to help isolate the issue to a Proclaim update.
