Welcome to the forums. I need more specifics but are you navigating to a text that is not present? From the catalogue page "When you order the Lexham High Definition Old Testament, Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, Ruth, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Jonah will immediately download. The remaining volumes will download automatically when they are released on October 10."

Just to clarify, HDOT has 39 books, assuming I counted correctly. They never updated the web page past the first delivery.
kwabena, possibly your resource is not updated?
I know the popup links don't open the glossary (which would be nice).

Denise - you cheated [:(] using the actual resource rather than the web. [;)] Now we really do need a description or screen shot to see what the problem REALLY is. [8-|]

I am looking into things and will report back. It looks like there are two issues: updating the product page to reflect that the completed dataset shipped in November of 2014, and to determine if there are currently problems downloading the resource if that has not already happened. I was unable to open it on my iPad app, so there may indeed be an issue with the cloud. I'll let you know what I find out.

Okay, since posting my last post and rechecking my app, the HDOT and all related resources populated and could be opened, which means they are available for download. I'd suggest trying it again and seeing what happens. I'll still verify that there are no cloud-issues. If the database is still incomplete, it might require customer service helping you redownload the resource if the problem is local to your installation. Let me know how the retry goes.
