Synchronisation Issue

I have just rebuilt my computer and upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 as part of that process.

I installed Proclaim in Windows 10 and it connects to my church group ok as I can see all the members. However there is a red triangle with a white exclamation mark in the middle over the synchronization button. When I hover the cursor over the triangle it says:

"An error occurred during synchronization, click to try again."

I have uninstalled (including deleting the remnant Proclaim files in Local Apps) and reinstalled but the problem remains.

I had no problem with Windows 7. Is there an issue with Windows 10 or is there some way to fix this problem?

Hi.

The problem has resolved itself after a few hours.

Don't know why it did what it did but no reply needed at this stage unless there is something that I could do to prevent a recurrence.

Hi, Martin. Glad the problem resolved itself. We can take a look at your log files and see what was causing the sync issue in case it's something we can fix. As there are quite a few presentations in your group, syncing that presentation list essentially for the first time might take a few minutes. If there were any network interruptions during this time a sync error could be generated. Clicking the icon typically resolves this.
