This morning around 10:00 AM we discovered that our web requests to the SongSelect API are hanging. We've submitted a ticket with the folks at SongSelect and are waiting to hear back from them. If you have linked your SongSelect account to your Proclaim account and you're attempting to retrieve song lyrics, you will see this message:

While this issue is being sorted out, you are still able to access song lyrics from the SongSelect website and import them into Proclaim by following the instructions in this article.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused anyone. Updates will be posted in this thread until the issue is resolved. Thanks for your patience.
