Purchasing and unlocking books
I have purchased two books online and selected the option to download and unlock. For some reason, I am unable to access the books.
I have sent two email requests for help and have not received a response and am starting to get a little frustrated. I called yesterday and was put on hold for so long I needed to get back to work. Does anybody know what to do in this case?

Did you receive email confirmation of your order? In your Logos account does MyOrders/OrderHistory show the purchase? If no to both, you may have to be patient.
Assuming you are using Logo 4, type "update resources" in the command box. If the resources are ready for you, that will find them.

I received an email confirmation and MyOrders... shows my purchase. Purchase is also on my credit card.

1. Have you downloaded the book file(s)? If not, you should have
received an email from Logos with a link with something like
"...MyUnocks...". A link is also available from MyOrders - there
should be a Download and Unlock button next to the order date.2. If you have downloaded the file(s), have you worked through the procedure on this page http://www.logos.com/support/article/1325

did you download them? Did the "update" box/window open and appear to download? L3 may need to "discover" the new resources. Opening and closing and opening L3 may do the trick.
