Proclaim won't open after update. Mac OS

Yesterday I updated Proclaim as i had a notification on my mac. It has since not been able to launch. It was stuck on Signing in for about 3-4 hrs. Then received that my demo had expired but it did not allow me to logout/relog in my current account with subscription. On our PC it is working fine. Just my mac is not opening.

Sorry for the inconvenience Mbutu. Please try quitting Proclaim and restarting. If that doesn't work please attach your log files to this post and I'll investigate further.

The log file is very short and not a lot of information, but I think that something got corrupted in one of the databases our application uses.
They are located (from your log file) here: /Users/timonmbutu/Library/Application Support/Proclaim/
Right click on the Proclaim folder and rename to Proclaim_Old, you will not lose any data, but when you restart Proclaim it will download all your sync'd data.
I would love it if you could then right click on the Proclaim_Old folder and choose "Compress 'Proclaim_Old'" to save as a zip file and put this on a dropbox share for us to look at.

Mbutu,
Can you also check for any Apple Diagnostic crash reports for me? They may help track down what has happened.
These will be located "~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports"
You can open Finder and copy/paste that folder (no quotes) in the "Go to Folder" dialog (Shift+CMD+G in finder)
Please gather all that have proclaim in the filename into a compressed file (CMD + Click all the files, then right click to compress) and then upload that zip file here.
Thanks
Glenn

Glenn,
I have a similar problem. Proclaim 3.1.0.0077 Mac OS 10.13.6
Proclaim will not start - the icon flashes up and disappears.
There are no logs in Diagnostic Reports folder

Hi Martin, it sounds like you're on an older version of Mac OSX. We dropped support for 10.13 last July, so your best bet is to update your Mac OS, or try to go back to an earlier version of Proclaim (2.12.0.0085, found here) Please let us know if you continue to have issues after that.
