we are currently having issues with proclaim where it keeps freezing and wont allow us to change slides which in the middle of a service can be very frustrating. as well as or videos stop working. the videos will work when you first launch proclaim and then will just show a black screen. this can only be fixed by restarted proclaim and even then sometimes it doesn't. how do we get proclaim to run without freezing.
last Sunday proclaim was using almost 7 gigs of ram just to run. but the tower runs anything else flawlessly. why is proclaim taking so much to run?
P.S we are running it on windows 7.
