Starting Monday, May 9, 2016, your Graceway Media subscription has changed to Proclaim’s brand-new Partner Media package.

What does this mean for you?

You now have access to even more media. Partner Media includes Graceway Media, Church Motion Graphics, Dan Stevers Media, Freebridge Media, Playback Media, and Igniter Originals.

Partner Media is the best way to get over $4,000 in media for as low as $499.90 per year.

Our previous subscription package offering Graceway Media is no longer available. We know you love Graceway Media, so we’ve automatically upgraded you to our new Partner Media package for the remainder of your subscription period at no extra cost. This way you can keep getting the Graceway Media you love, plus a whole lot more.

When it’s time to renew your annual subscription, your account will be charged $499.99 for Partner Media, not $399.99 for Graceway Media. If you have not selected to auto-renew this subscription then you will have Partner Media at no extra cost until your subscription expires.

Hi Peter,

We have had a Graceway Media account for years and link our account with Proclaim. Recently, Graceway announced their partnership with Igniter media and we renewed through Graceway to include both Graceway and Igniter Media in one subscription.

My question is that while our Graceway account is linked with Proclaim, there is presently no way for us to link the Igniter account in "Link your accounts".

Is there anyway that we can have access to the Igniter videos through Proclaim, with our joint membership through Graceway & Igniter?

Hi, Dave. The short answer is no, there is no way to have access to your subscription through Proclaim by linking your accounts. The Partner Media package includes Igniter Media, Graceway Media, and several other publishers (listed above), so my recommendation would be for you to subscribe to Partner Media and access the same content (and more) through Proclaim.

This is the workflow we'll be moving forward with in the future. Although you can still link accounts for certain services, we'd like to make all your media available in one place in the Media Browser. As we add more media partners we believe this is the best way to do things to provide the highest diversity and quality of content without having to purchase separate subscriptions.

Peter: Are you saying that If I have the same issue, that I would have to pay again (Partner's Media) even If I already have a paid subscription to Graceway media with Igniter?

If you want to see Igniter media in Proclaim, yes, you'll need to purchase a Partner Media subscription.
