it would be nice if we were able to create different Group Upload folders for uploads (Rather than one catch all folder) ...such as "Worship Group Uploads", "Youth Group Upload", and "Kids Group Upload". For years I've managed the images uploaded for our worship services but as I train more users, I'm not looking forward to all the youth and kids uploads going into the Group Upload folder. I use tags effectively and will hope they will too, but am sure I will be managing a lot more uploads and having to create the tags for them.
concerning TAGS, it seems to be confusing too. Years ago we used to have to identify if the upload was for a song, or bible, or announcement, etc. and then that upload was only available for use for those items-- I'm glad that was done away with, however, it's still confusing. For example if I search for "blue cross" it reveals 12 images in my group upload folder (4 videos and 8 stills). If I then select "content" I have 7 options. If I select "Song" I have 8 to choose from. If I choose "Bible" I have 7 choices, "Video" correctly only show 4 videos, "Announcement" shows 7 images.
So the problem is that one of the stills is only available as a song (and identified in the right column under media as type: song only) yet there is no way to add the announcement, bible, or content types to this still.
This seems to be the case for many of the 600 images in our group upload. So we are never really able to use all uploads for all types.
