Please see and vote for this UserVoice suggestion of the Canadian edition of the General Instruction of the Roman Missal, which differs in some interesting places from the American one presently available. You cannot rely on the American GIRM in Canada.

I know it is not the same but one might make a personal book of the GIRM http://nlo.cccb.ca/images/stories/GIRM.pdf
although it does you no good on your devices.
