Why on earth is the proclaim update file over 140Mb every time an update is released?!
Hello Mark, some day we'd like to add support "delta update" support to our installer. In other words, only download the things that have changed. However, this is not a trivial change and we're prioritizing other things, namely releasing frequent updates that make Proclaim more awesome and stable. Almost all the updates are optional and can be skipped if it's not the right time to update. Sorry for the inconvenience.
