Multiple groups

Is it possible to have multiple groups under one license? Or is there some other way to have members given different levels of access to presentations?

What I would like to be able to do is use Proclaim for producing presentations of material eg for a Session meeting which would not be appropriate to be viewed by all members of the group who are involved with the Sunday worship service presentation. Can this be done? Or is everything in the database available to everyone who is operating under the one licence?

Hi, David. It's possible to restrict and permit certain privileges to members of your group as the administrator of your group. You can read more about that here.

Anyone who works on presentations in Proclaim (you determine who has this privilege) will view the same presentation list. Right now, there's no way to have a paid license cover multiple groups.

You could try appending a prefix to your presentations, e.g. "Session - May 24" and "Sunday worship - May 22". Anyone working on the Sunday worship would type "worship" in the Open presentations menu -- likewise, anyone involved in the creation of the Session meeting presentation would filter results by "session" in the same menu.
