Mac Issue

Hi All;

Our Youth Leader had an issue with Proclaim running on his Mac Book running OS X El Capitan. Videos refused to play, the audio of the video played, but only the first frame of the video showed on the screen. I hope the log files include the error. I got them from him yesterday, and this took place on Friday when he was treating the kids to a movie night

I see an error from the previous Friday (13th) but unfortunately the version we shipped on May 16 (1.32.0.1106) broke our logging and I do not see anything from the 20th. Was this one of your videos? Can he play Pro Media videos?

We put out an update yesterday (1.33.0.0118) that fixed our logging, be sure and have him update and let us know if this happens again.

Steven, I know you've experienced video playback issues on Windows but it's worth mentioning that video playback on Mac has historically been extremely stable, with no known issues at this time. The finite set of hardware configurations makes it a very well tested platform. I'm interested to hear about the specific video that failed to play. Is there any DRM involved? Is your youth leader able to play other videos in Proclaim?
