Synching Problems

Hello,
We have been having a problem now for several weeks regarding the "cloud" and synching. For instance, my computer is usually the one which creates the presentation for the week, which I usually do on church network (internet). The other members of our worship team are typically able to see the presentations that I have created (though not always), but for the past few weeks, our A/V computer has not been able to find the presentation on proclaim. We open up the program on the A/V computer and look under "Open" but the presentation for the week does not appear. Our fix has been to get another computer to "duplicate" the presentation, refresh it, and then usually the A/V computer can find it at that point.
My question is: why is this happening and how do we fix it? Why are our computers sometimes not able to communicate with each other?
Thanks in advance.
Kyle

There have been some isolated reports of individual machines slow to sync down changes. We deployed some additional logging to the sync service last Wednesday to help diagnose the cause. We'll take a look at the sync activity for machines that are associated with your group.
Do you have a machine that's in this state right now? If so I'd love to get a copy of your local data.

Hi, Kyle. This is a rare bug that we're currently attempting to track down. As of right now, your workaround is sufficient but we want to get a long-term fix out as soon as possible. Here's what you can do to help:
- Open Proclaim on the A/V computer.
- If you don't see the presentations that you're expecting, copy PresentationManager.db at the following filepath: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Proclaim\Data\[your data folder]\PresentationManager\PresentationManager.db.
- If multiple users have signed in on the A/V computer, there may be a couple of user data folders. The most recently modified folder will contain data for whoever is currently signed in.
- Obtain a copy of your log files on the A/V computer.
- Post the database file and the logs in this thread and indicate which presentations weren't syncing.
This should give us all the information we need. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, and thanks for your help.

So far not to my knowledge. Normally we don't realize until Sunday morning when we power up the A/V computer and realize that it is unable to find the presentation for the week.

Kyle, have you experienced any sync issues with Proclaim the last two Sundays (June 5, 12)?
