The good news is that you have asked in the right place. It took me a bit to figure out what you were asking, so let me rephrase it. You are having troubles reading the chart/picture in your resource (Disciple: Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study), right?
The bad news: Vyrso resources are "bare bones" resources. In some cases problems with resources get fixed, but most of the time they do not. If the publisher has a better copy of the ePub with higher quality images, you might be in luck. It really stinks that the cost of this resource is so much! [:s]

You could still ask for a refund, if it bothers you too much.
For a $0.99 book I wouldn't bother with a refund (in that case I'd simply ignore screwed design, or in the worst case, the entire resource), however, yours was extremely expensive... [:(]
