Unable to read particular MP4 video format?

Proclaim 1.33.0.0128, Windows 7 Pro 64bit
Downloaded the 1:24 MP4 video from https://decisionamericatour.
Used a utility named "format factory" to convert the MP4 to other video formats, like AVI, MPG, and also to what it creates as MP4. These videos worked without any problem.
I realize you did not create these videos, but maybe Proclaim is not reading their MP4 format correctly?
BTW - Excellent enhancements to Proclaim in the last year!!

Hi Bruce! I downloaded the same video and was able to import it into Proclaim with functional audio (looks like you're on Windows -- let me know if this is wrong). I took a look at the video you have currently uploaded to your group and it played normally for me as well. When you upload other video formats we transcode them to .mp4 automatically, so any of those other formats you uploaded would end up as .mp4 in your presentation and on our servers.
Could you please create a video service item with the original, affected video in one of your presentations? That way I can be sure that I'm looking at the right file, not one that has been transcoded already.
Another consideration is that the volume on the video might have gotten turned down all the way. All videos in Proclaim share the same volume control, so it's possible that this accident could have happened.

I appreciate you checking into this. Whatever was causing the problem has corrected itself. That's weird, because restarting my computer did not correct the problem, but it works now!
Uploaded the same video to the group and it's working...
You must have scared it into working again. [:O]
Thanks again.
