Low priority Minor question

I read all the forum posts and there is one practice which I imagine an experienced forum poster knows how to use, but I do not and would like to.
I notice that in some replies a portion of a previous post, most of the time, attributed with the person's name, is included in a light blue box in the current reply. I would like to know how to do that, so I can be even more of a nuisance.

Hit the Reply button (this is above each post, to the right) and you'll be taken to a page like the screenshot below. Click the blue Quote link, and the full contents of the post you want to quote will appear in the Description box. Add your reply below the quoted part.
And there, you can 'nuisance' away [:D]
(Also, if you want to add a screen capture to your post, use the paper clip icon.)
