Bible Screen video issues

Hi folks,
I trust you are having a blessed Lord's day.
During this morning's pre service loop, the bible screen videos which i had playing, stopped working. The background continued changing according to the timings, but the video images with the text were not showing. I proceeded to shut down Proclaim, but it then would not restart again. I therefore had to restart the whole computer. This then resolved all the issues, only for the same thing to happen again 5 or so minutes later. The rest of the service items such as songs and the on screen bible proceeded to work fine for the duration of the service.
Anyone have any suggestions or advice before this evenings service?
Thanks in advance,
Murray.

This sounds like a video driver issue that can occur on some Windows systems. Are you running Windows? If so have you run WIndows Update recently? We want to be sure you have the most up to date video driver. Following this article and providing information about your video card will help us diagnose further.

Thanks for your reply Scott.
Here is the system details assuming it attaches correctly.

Thanks for posting the logs. Looks like you have an integrated Intel card which has 64MB of dedicated video memory, while we recommend 512MB and ideally 1GB. The integrated Intel cards in particular don't have a great track record for graphically intensive applications like Proclaim. You have a couple options
- Upgrade to Windows 10 which in our experience provides more stable video playback.
- Disable hardware acceleration which may stop the freeze but will negatively impact the performance of the Proclaim application as a whole.
Wish I had a better answer for you. Let me know if I can help further.
