I opened my nestle aland 28 and noticed that all the notes I had taken and placed in the text were misplaced. Some of the notes that I had over certain words or phrases are unavailable. Most others are in different verses altogether. 2251.LogosLogs.julieandchad1.20160607-205519.zip
Welcome to the forums. As this is in the Logos 5 forum, am I to assume that you are running Logos 5/ Do you realize that it is no longer supported and that you can upgrade to the Logos 6 engine for free?
Hi MJ. I didn't realize that it wasn't supported. I have recently upgraded to Logos 7 and still have the same problem.
I'll ask that this be moved to the right forum. My guess is that there is a problem of your notes being on an older version of NA28. Logos will need to step in.

With your permission we can download your highlights, move them to the correct place in the updated NA28, then sync them back. Then, when your computer syncs the updates, the highlighting should be fixed. Please let me know if you approve that.

Yesterday and today I have moved a few notes back into the correct place. I moved notes around in Mark 1:1-15 and it took about 4 hours. If you could revert other notes and highlights back to where I originally placed them and I didn't have to do it manually, I would very much appreciate that.
