preparing to download

I got my self a New iMac... and after downloading the installer, and signing in, I get the "Preparing to download: This may take a while..." window, but after a couple of tries and a few hours waiting, I guess that something is not right.

If the latest El Capitan 10.11.5 is installed, you could have the same problems as in this thread: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/126793.aspx

Check your logs (logos.log in this case) to see if the same errors occur. This problem is now known to Development.

Have you tried restarting your computer? If that doesn't fix it, we will need to see logs. See my signature line.

Also, I forgot to ask... Do you have another installation? You might want to save yourself the trouble of a large download. I'm in a hurry now, but if you need help with that we can grab the wiki link.
