Logos stuck on Preparing Download (this may take a while) 3 nights of 12 hours

Hi,
I installed logos (Logos for mac running on latest OS to date of message), but each time I go to open the application it says, "Preparing Download (this may take a while)". Well it just hangs. I have to quit using the force quit in the end. I have tried this for three full overnight stints.
I have attached the log as requested.7384.LogosLogs.JubileeAdmin.20160613-174209.zip
Please can you let me know what is wrong as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Tom.

I'm not near my computer, but have you restarted your computer?

Sorry to see you have problems.
Please install the latest stable version. Vide
https://community.logos.com/forums/t/126937.aspx.If you have not, this will probable be the solution.
If that does not help, please share the latest logos.log, waiting to populate till the app goes idle. You can do that having the console open and then save your logos.log.
See if you get the same errors as here https://community.logos.com/forums/t/126793.aspx and contact tech@logos

Tom,
If you're completely stuck, I would recommend a complete uninstall/reinstall. This includes three parts:
1) Uninstall the Logos App.
Go to Applications -> Logos Bible Software -> Delete/Move to Trash
2) Delete the Logos library data.
Go to Finder -> Go -> Library.
Find the folder Application Support and Logos4.
Delete the folder, Logos4.
3) Reinstall Logos
You'll have to download all your resources again, but this should fix your problem.

Absolutely! But for the record, I'd rather download my library again than read that entire page. [:P] Might take less time.

Welcome [:D]
Is network connection stable ? Was MacBook Pro put to sleep followed by wake-up with different Wi-Fi network ?
Noted LogosError.log has many network errors.
Does Energy Saver (System Preference) have setting checked to prevent computer from sleeping when the display is off ?
Display can be turned off for resource download and indexing.
FYI: indexing resources is an intensive task so suggest using external cooler with laptop.
Noticed OS X is version 10.11.4 so latest OS update has not been installed.

Deleting entire installation includes deletion of compiled personal books. Copying resources allows compiled personal books to be scanned.
By the way, earlier steps to delete OS X installation misses some hidden folders.
Keep Smiling [:)]

Logos wiki has => Uninstalling Logos for Mac
Personally have often only needed to replace Logos or Verbum application, typically with a newer release.
If Logos diagnostic logs shows unusual problems with Library data file(s), then have manually deleted them.
Keep Smiling [:)]

You don't appear to have logging enabled, but from the LogosError.log, it appears that you are not running the latest version, 6.12 SR-1, which fixed some issues related to your problem. Can you please enable logging, download and install the latest version from the link provided in the announcement post. If you are still having issues, please post updated log files.
Thank you,

Hi all! I fixed this issue. I found the download page for the latest software version. It was an old download file I found originally in my bought products section. Works like a bdream now
