Cannot get past 6.9 SR-1 6.9.0.0044

My problem is as follows: I believe I have updated to the latest release version, but in the About Logos Bible Software it invariably displays Logos Bible Software 6.9 SR-1 6.9.0.0044 (as well as in the Home page). Also, the blue circle with a number 1 is always there no matter what (Your Library is indexing).

I'm running OS X Yosemite (10.10.2).

Any help will be appreciated.

OK, I downloaded Logos 6.12 SR-2 (6.12.0.0038) from the direct Mac link and installed it over my previous copy of the program. Now it displays the right version, but the issue with the number 1 persists...

Humanly not know so would like to look at Logos diagnostic log files.

Please enable logging followed by restarting OS X then allowing indexing to proceed. After indexing icon in menu bar goes away, please compress and attach log files (using paper clip in forum editor).

I'm running OS X Yosemite (10.10.2).

Recommend updating OS X Yosemite to 10.10.5 using App Store for Updates

Delete your library index at /Users/rubeng/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/2cwh0axg.48h/LibraryIndex and restart Logos. It should start indexing.
