Presentation crashes during worship service

Hello, can someone help or give suggestions? Proclaim worked great with no issues the first few weeks I have used it, but in the past few weeks, it consistently crashes/quits approx five to ten minutes into the worship service. We can restart it, but it tends to stop/crash again after a ten/fifteen minutes.
It's being used on my HP Spectre 360 with an i7-5500U processor, 8GB of RAM, on a 64 bit Windows 10 operating system. It is also offline when the presentation is running.
Also, it runs fine before and after the service (I test it before). We don't always start on time (10:45 am), is this God's way of saying I need to speed things up ?

Sorry to hear this Jonathan. Could you grab your log files and post them here? Those will hopefully tell us why it is crashing and then we can get it fixed

Here you go. Let me know if it doesn't open correctly or you need more info

Thanks for posting the logs Jonathan. I'm not seeing any crashes in the logs, though we only save the last 5 runs of the application so maybe we're missing it? The behavior you describe sounds like video driver issues. Are you using motion loops or other video content in your presentations? First thing to check is that your system is up to date using Windows Update. If the issue remains I'd like to see your video card information which can be retrieved by following the steps in the article here.

I didn't think about video card since it's built into the motherboard. Attached is the DirectX log prior to re running Windows Update (which I think is up to date).

Looks like you have an integrated Intel card which are known to have issues with video intensive applications. Additionally we recommend at least 500MB of dedicated memory while yours has 128MB. You can try disabling hardware acceleration which will likely fix the crashing, though the performance may be a bit sluggish. http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/205675055-How-do-I-disable-hardware-acceleration-
Sorry, wish I had a better answer for you.

OK. That's a bummer. This question might be outside of the range of this forum discussion, but is it possible to dedicate more RAM to the video driver? Also, what should I expect with sluggish performance if I disable the hardware accelerator?
By the way, I haven't said thanks for the help. This has been very informative and helpful in addressing my issue. I very much appreciate it.

I would expect jerky transitions and potentially some hiccups when playing back video. It's easy to try out... your mileage may vary.
