I have downloaded a youtube video from youtube and now i don't get any music. Can you tell me why?
When you play the downloaded video outside of Proclaim does it have sound? How are you adding it to Proclaim? It will need to be a Video service item if you want the audio (motion backgrounds don't have audio).
