Logging in during service times

Is there a way to prevent other users from logging in to do work on other services while a service is on air? We've recently ran into a situation where other users are logging in to work on their separate services while we are on air for a service and it messes up our presentation and rescales what is being projected and also relocates our mouse and desktop to the projected screen.

Is there a way to lockout other users from doing this while we are on air? Kind of like a "do not disturb" type feature?

I don't think it should do this. I often edit presentations from my computer while the announcements are cycling on our presentation computer and have never seen anything like this.

Are they logging into their own installation of Proclaim, or using remote desktop to connect to the presentation computer?

They are logging in to their own installation of Proclaim on a separate computer, under a different user name that is linked to our one account. I just can't think of anything else that would do this that was happening at the time it's occurred. It's horribly disruptive to service and distracting. I had to turn off the projector so that I could turn off the computer to get Proclaim started again because I couldn't control anything in front of me because my mouse pointer was on the projection screen. It's happened twice this weekend- once Friday during a wedding rehearsal when someone was logged in working on a different service than what I was using and then this instance on Sunday when one of our AV logged in from his laptop while we were on air from our presentation computer to upload new content to our group and then he didn't go off air and back on. It's like the system recognizes the extra screen from them logging on and then moves everything.

Hi, Jessica, and sorry to hear about the disruption to your services. Under no circumstances should another user uploading content or signing in affect your on air presentation. Only when another user (including the same user signed in on a different machine) actively edits the presentation that is currently on air will you see any changes on your projector -- and even then, they'd have to edit the slide you're currently projecting.

If this happens again, we can use your log files as a diagnostic tool and find out what's going on with the projection machine. Collecting logs and posting them to the forums is quick, and you can find instructions here.
