Birthday Credit

Hi, I wanted to verify something about the birthday promotion of $20 coupon. Last year I contacted customer service and told them about my issue that I didn't receive any coupon code. They told me that I didn't qualify because I didn't had the check mark on "Personalize Offers" (which I did have it, but mysteriously had been unchecked!). I have waited another year, did everything so I could get this years coupon and what happened? Nothing, I did not received anything and when I checked on my account, the check mark had been unchecked again!!! I am very angry about this situation, I thought that you were a serious organization. If you don't want to extend the credit to your members then don't offer it, but don't play deceitful games because customers will get mad. I hope this time you can do something about it

Hi Raul
I can understand your frustration but - as most of us on these forums are users - there is not much we can do here.
I would suggest you contact Customer Services directly again.

Want to know something more frustrating...it expires way too quickly!
I've had two past credits expire before I got around to using them. I wish it would stay valid for at least a year.
I understand your frustration as I have a $20 credit waiting for me to be used this month. I would not want to miss using it.

I have a quick question please. My birthday is in July and I am and have been subscribed to personalized offers at Logos.com. When does the brithday credit usually arrive?
Thank you

Mine arrived July 1 but usually come within a few days of the beginning of the month.

I can understand your frustration, missing out for two years in a row. I have received the Birthday credit for the last two years now. I assure you it's not that they are "playing deceitful games", but that something happened during the year to make the box un-check, like opting out of something or your credit card expiring or something like that. I would take Graham's advise and call them at Customer Service and they should be able to sort it out and tell you why.
BTW. I have never had one expire, since I was eager to use it immediately. This year I had it planned, and waited to purchase a resource on my wish list until after the Birthday Coupon arrived. It was basically a $20 off coupon. Thanks FaithLife.
