Ethiopia is one of the oldest countries in the world and there are oldest symbols of early civilizations in Ethiopia including the Bible.
The common or official language of Ethiopia is Amharic that has very similar sounds with the Aramaic, the spoken language of Christ.
Somewhat related to topic: From what I understand Ethiopian Christians are primarily Ethiopian Orthodox (and is the oldest Oriental Orthodox Church known). Does someone who is Orthodox have a good resource that distinguishes between the different types of Orthodox churches?....I have googled but would like to study deeper. Even better if it is in the Orthodox Silver package 😀
