Proclaim gives error when trying to start

Hello,

I recently upgraded from Win 8 to 8.1 and now Proclaim will not open, I have included the event viewer and proclaim log files, I get a Proclaim has stopped working error when trying to open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but did not fix. I am not able to see what version of Proclaim I am using due to the error.     Any help is appreciated.

I believe this may be an issue with your installation of the .NET Framework which is required by Proclaim. Please try running the repair tool and see if that resolves the issue. https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/dotNET
