Our announcement videos are randomly going silent during our services. So, it will work during one service (and during all our previews to make sure it works), but then it will quit giving sound during another service. Restart Proclaim, and it works again... until it doesn't the next Sunday. Of course, we check the various sound level options on the computer, and they're all working properly. It's not the sound board because it's registering that there's no sound getting to it from the computer. It's random, and we're struggling to replicate it in order to find out what's wrong. Suggestions?
