If the recording is lost because someone closes proclaim instead of just taking it off air, is there a way to recover it? Is it kept somewhere in your system?
Is it lost lost? We wrote some code a while back that will try to find orphaned recordings in this case. If you open the presentation that you were recording and then click the Recordings dropdown it should cause Proclaim to search for orphaned recordings. Do you see yours in there? If not I’ll shoot you an email with some more things we can try.
