Unable to view any of Faithlife websites on Macbook or Mac

I purchased the Platinum Package, Pentecostal & Charismatic package and the Logos in Spanish. at this moment I am unable to view any of Faithlife websites on Macbook or Mac.
Tried the remote assistance by Logos tech staff but no issues could be found with my Macbook.
Tried different internet providers to no avail.
Unable to utilize my program quickly when I open the program.
I have to wait a long, long time (sometimes an entire day) to receive the "work offline prompt".
A lot of money has been invested in a program that does not work completely nor often.
Help !!!!!

Just to confirm - are you trying to access these through a web browser? What messages do you get when you try?

Does this suggest you also have a problem in Logos starting up?
If so, please enable diagnostic logging and post logs - details at:

Does that include the forums (here)? Can you give a screen shot of what happens when you try to go to www.logos.com?

I have also had issues with www.logos.com and https://community.logos.com web sites.
But after researching for myself, I found that if am using a wired connection at home or in the office then I can connect to the websites.
But if I use my portable wifi router witch has 2G, 3G, and 4G modes It can only connect to Logos web sites using the 3G mode which connects at about 5Mbps, but if I could use the 4G mode the connection would be between 40 ~ 50 Mbps.
I wish this could be fixed in some way.
With Safari I can view any other web site I want without problems.
