Proclaim and Windows Vista

There have been some reports of failures to update to the latest version on systems running Windows Vista. We're looking into the cause but in the meantime

If you're running Proclaim on Windows Vista please ignore the current update
If you're trying to install a new instance of Proclaim on a machine running Windows Vista please use this link https://downloads.logoscdn.com/Proclaim/Installer/1.33.0.0143/ProclaimSetup.exe
