I have a windows 7 laptop and when the desktop background wall paper changes it freezes my presentation???

If possible can you please ensure your Windows Updates are Up-to-Date, you can check how to do this by visiting: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12373/windows-update-faq and select "How do I keep my PC up to date?" Instructions for Windows 7 are at the bottom.
