Bug: Licenced by CCLI is defaulting to on

I'm using Proclaim for a large event that isn't eligible for CCLI licencing (we have to get individual licencing for each song).

When I add a song, Proclaim will check the "Licenced by CCLI" box, even when I add it from "My Songs".

I've discovered that if all CCLI information is deleted from the song, then it will work as expected. The bug only occurs when "Licenced by CCLI" is unchecked, but the CCLI information is filled in.

We remember if a song is licensed by CCLI, but not the state of that checkbox. As with these other bugs, this is logged and grouped to be looked at when we add the reporting feature. For the time being we don't collect any data related to this checkbox so having it checked while on air will functionally have no effect.
