Bug: Custom verse arrangement is defaulting to On

This bug might be related to a similar issue with CCLI licencing.

To reproduce:

1. Add a song, and add custom verse ordering.
2. Now, deselect the custom verse order so it has no effect.
3. Add a new song from the "Add Item" menu, and select the name of the earlier song from "My Songs".

Result:

• The new song has custom verse ordering turned on.

Expected result:

• The new song would have the same custom verse ordering as the earlier song.
