Background Audio Not Working

When investigating i tried playing the MP3 files outside of Proclaim just to check the file and it would not play. I got a timeout message to open the associated application. So I did "open with another application" and set Windows Media Player as my default App to play all MP3 files. The MP3's now all play fine outside of Proclaim. I have also updated the BIOS of my HP PC just because there was one to do. Have rebooted everything but I still have exactly the same scenario as I stared with in Proclaim.

I also loaded last weeks service that worked fine last week but that is giving the same problem.

The only other change has been the Proclaim update.

I see, thanks for the additional information. You might want to check the audio control that shows up while playing the background audio. When you are in preview mode, some volume control and play/pause buttons should appear by the edit/preview buttons. This can sometimes turn the volume down and cause this type of issue.

Fantastic - That fixed it.

Last week the last slide that had audio backing after the sermon did not work and now I know the operator had turned the volume in preview down.

I did not know that feature was there.
