Proclaim stoped working while working in it and presenting.

While editing and presenting program get the error "proclaim has stopped working. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

Program worked great while in trial addition. Purchased license yesterday not can't work in it one main laptop. Do not seem to have a problem with it loaded on my personal laptop.

Hi, Roy. Looks like there's an issue with one of the files in your temp directory that's causing the crash. I recommend you clean out

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp

and try opening Proclaim again. If that doesn't work, let us know and we can further troubleshoot.

If this doesn't work curious if you're running any anti-virus software? If so try disabling and see if the crash persists.
