Logos 4 reinstall
anyone installed L4 on Windows 10? Just got a new computer and I'm trying to learn how to get my Logos on it.

Welcome to the forums. Why not just install the free Logos 6 engine? It is much more stable and is a supported product. See https://www.logos.com/install

Thank you very much for the comment on getting the free logos 6 engine. I've had L4(mac) since 2011 but had stopped using it. I was restarting my studies and wanted to put it on a new computer (PC). I read your comment and now using L6 on sys 7 on my pc. Not going to upgrade to sys 10. Be blessed. Henry.

Being able to use L4 simultaneous with my Logos 6 enabled me to do a lot more. However, since the stopped supporting L4 I have not been able to open my library from L4 irrespective of what I do, which includes following the instructions given by customer service.

Please start a new thread in the Logos 6 forum providing as many details as possible and we'll try and help you get things sorted.
If you are running the Logos 6 free engine you should be supported.

simultaneous - do you mean open in the same (Windows) user account? That would have been a fluke as only Verbum is intended to be used this way. Try installing Verbum 6 in the same user account as Logos 6.
