VideosWill not Play in Proclaim

Any videos we import into proclaim will only play once. Usually before a service, we will test the video. However, when it comes time to play it, the video screen goes white. It will only work again if we close Proclaim, re-import the video. However, when we try to play it On-Screen, it fails everytime. Is this a bug or are we missing something. Most of the videos we try to play are above 200MB limit, so upload them is not an option.

Hi, Camp Joy, and welcome to the forums. A lot of times with issues like this it helps us to have an original copy of the file you're trying to play so we can attempt to reproduce the problem. Could you upload one of the videos that is failing to Dropbox or some other filesharing site so that we can take a look at importing it ourselves?

It would also be helpful if you could send us a copy of your logs and dxdiag information (from the computer that is failing to play the videos).

Videos are still uploading. It seems to not matter about the size or length.

I'm not seeing any videos on the OneDrive link you provided (you may need to modify sharing permissions).

Looking at your dxdiag, it appears that your graphics card might be the issue here. I'd recommend first updating the drivers on it, in case they're not up-to-date. We see common issues like the one you've described from certain graphics cards, specifically onboard graphics cards (which it looks like you have).

Disabling hardware acceleration might be an option for you also. You can do so by holding Ctrl when Proclaim is starting up, then checking the "Disable hardware acceleration" box in the sign-in window.
